Quality Manager
Our client is an established company with an excellent track record based in Co Galway. This role presents an exciting opportunity to further your career in the Quality function within a dynamic environment.
The company requires the Quality manager to improve its quality systems, product quality, reduce costs, and help to grow the business.
The successful candidate will most likely have the following:
- An established track record
- Preferably > 5 years in a SME manufacturing company
- Demonstrable experience of ISO 9001: 2015, and either have driven the implementation of same or been responsible for ongoing audits by notified bodies.
- Will have a background in implementing and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes, resulting in improved product quality and reduced manufacturing costs.
- Will be data driven, and will always look for the root cause, rather than simply address the symptoms of problems.
